Service Cancellation and Refunds

Perfumeartea provides personal styling and image consulting services. Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of our services, all service fees are non-refundable once a consultation has been scheduled or a service has been provided.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Service Satisfaction

While we strive to provide exceptional service, we understand that individual preferences and expectations may vary. If you have concerns about your service experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may, at our discretion, offer adjustments to future services.

Product Purchases

If you purchase products through our services or recommendations, return policies will be governed by the individual retailer's return policy. We do not handle product returns directly. Any product-related returns, exchanges, or refunds must be processed through the original retailer.
